Trollfjorden opens off the Raftsundet strait, the channel that separates Austvågøya from Hinnøya at the top of the Lofoten chain. Put the six side by side and the pattern is simple. Two hours buys you the fjord and the strait at speed, in gear the operator hands you. Three to three and a half buys the same fjord with a deck you can stand on comfortably, a guide you can hear, and in one case no engine noise at all. Neither is better.
